Integration with CA SiteMinder is not specifically certified by Oracle. Details about supported versions, compatibility using different products, and instructions to set up in an Oracle environment would need to be obtained from the CA SiteMinder vendor. – Refer to KM Note 1151138.1.
With this being said, it may still work, e.g., as per the Oracle WebCenter documentation, SSO integration with OAM is achieved using ID asserter for WebLogic.
CA SiteMinder also provides an ID asserter for WebLogic (see « CA SiteMinder Agent for Oracle WebLogic » documentation, Agent Guide › Overview › Required Background Information). So, the same can possibly be used to integrate with CA SiteMinder and Oracle WebCenter.
Customers may attempt to use the SiteMinder ID asserter to integrate with Oracle WebCenter with similar steps like OAM (see « Oracle® Fusion Middleware System Administrator’s Guide for Oracle Content Server – 5.2.3.1 – Configuring Oracle Access Manager 11g with Oracle UCM).
