Downloader Rights are Needed to View a File Using iPad or iPhone
In order to view a file on an iPad or iPhone, the file must be downloaded to the device. Users must have, at minimum, downloader permissions in order to view a file.
User Credentials are not Stored on Android Devices with Older OS Versions
Users must sign in to the service each time they use the Android app if the device is running Android 4.3 or older. Sign-on credentials are stored on devices running Android 4.4 or later.
